Connecting to the Cozumel ferry
If you are continuing to Cozumel, build in time rather than hoping. Immigration and baggage at Cancun can take an hour on a busy afternoon, the drive is another hour, and ferries run roughly hourly from central Playa del Carmen. Three hours between your landing time and your intended ferry is a comfortable margin. We schedule the pickup around the ferry, and if your flight is late we adjust.
