Where does the Ride Luxe app work?
The app covers our service area in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Los Cabos, for airport transfers from Cancun (CUN), Tulum (TQO) and Los Cabos (SJD) as well as rides within each destination.
Is Ride Luxe like Uber?
It works in a similar way: you request a ride, follow your driver on the map and pay in the app. The difference is who drives you. Every Ride Luxe vehicle carries federal plates and every chauffeur is licensed and insured, including for pickups inside the airport terminal.
Can I book an airport transfer in the app?
Yes. Choose your airport, enter your hotel or address, pick a vehicle and confirm. Add your flight number and we track it, so your chauffeur adjusts to delays at no extra charge.
Which vehicles can I choose in the app?
Economy sedans for up to 4 guests, the Standard Toyota Hiace for up to 10, the Luxury Mercedes V-Class or Chevrolet Suburban for up to 6, and the Premium Mercedes Sprinter for groups of up to 16.
How do I pay?
